I graduated from Odessa Institute of Technology, I am a candidate of technical sciences. Over the years, I have led two major areas of research at the Food Industry Research Institute: the creation and production of baby food products, the creation and production of bioactive substances. I have published more than 100 scientific papers, patents and inventions in this field.
