Many diseases are caused by various factors affecting the human body. Therefore, it is important to be able to control the quality of the environment in which we find ourselves. This reduces or eliminates the risk of various serious diseases.

 Based on the knowledge about the relationship between possible indoor pollutants and their causes, as well as the available information about negative environmental changes affecting human health in the living environment, a conclusion is made about the possible sources and causes of a set of observed violations.

The method of the computerized diagnostics of the state of complex systems based on the diagnosed system knowledge is offered. Such knowledge includes the descriptions 

of possible breaks of the system’s components, and also the information concerning the correlations existing among the breaks. The problem of the decisions automation, 

directed to the removal of the breaks under the criteria given and estimated by experts, is solved. The problem solution is illustrated by the example of medicine diagnostics, and the choice of treatment mode. The most probable diagnose algorithm, at the given level of consideration, is worked out. The method of the choice of medical products, prescribed to the given disease on the basis of multiple criteria, is offered.

The problem of the diseases early detection basing on the computer analysis and on the recognition of the form of the erythrocytes image is considered. The erythrocytes image processing is carried out, and the features, on the basis of which their recognition and, consequently, the diseases diagnostics are carried out, are distinguished. The algorithms of processing and recognition of the erythrocytes image are developed.

Many illnesses are caused by various factors of influence on human organism. Therefore it is important to be able to control the environmental quality in which we are. 

It reduces or eliminates risk of different serious maladies. In article the algorithm of definition of environmental quality in relation to human health by means of ecological

 regulations is offered. The way of definition of sources of influence and management of their activity offered.

An information system for analysis of plane scenes, which is able to create a verbal symbolic description of a given scene, is considered. Such a symbolic description makes possible to decrease significantly the amount of information contained in a scene image, without damaging the essentials needed at decision-making. 

The verbal scene description will effect a significant saving of a computer memory capacity needed for the information storage, and will also shorten a time of information dispatching trough communication channels. The considered system will provide a possibility of a man-and-system interaction using a natural language. This will help to specify some features necessary at making well-grounded decisions.

The problem recognizing and estimating the ecological state of the environment in closed quarters using the method of artificial intelligence is considered. Health-hygienic and ecological regulations determine the quality of the environment with respect to the human’s health and the state of the ecosystem, but they don’t indicate the source of influence and don’t regulate its activity. The way of reducing or removing the risk of dangerous diseases caused by the impact of negative factors of the environment in the quarters is offered.

The problem of the analysis of ecological infringements of the inhabited environment is considered. The problem dares with use of knowledge of interrelation between observable infringements and their possible reasons. On the basis of this knowledge and the current information on negative ecological changes of the inhabited environment, the definitive conclusion about possible sources and reasons causing observable set of infringements is under construction. 

On the basis of the conceptual approach to the methods of solving the non-formalized tasks of diagnosis of the complex systems are proposed. Diagnostics of the condition of a system is considered as a problem of classification and recognition and creation of the generalized description of classe is carried out by training on examples. The proposed methods provide reference of new states to a certain class (extrapolation) both for quantitative and qualitative values of features.On the basis of these methods non-formalized task of differential diagnostics of migraine and a tension headache was solved.

The problem of an assessment of an ecological state of environment is considered. It is shown that information received as a result of diagnostics of an ecological state of environment, is insufficient for its adequate assessment. Information received on the basis of forecasting and the causal analysis of an ecological state of the environment is necessary for the solution of a task also. The model of intellectual system using methods of mathematical logic, Boolean algebra and the discriminant analysis is offered.

Information systems are used not only for databases creation, they also are a technological basis of action automation of the concrete enterprise and give the possibility of scientific research and their practical implementation as well.

The intellectual system, which on the basis of the knowledge received from the expert solves some problem of medical diagnostics, is considered. The system is realized on the example of diseases of the class “acute abdomen”. This knowledge includes the description of diseases, as well as the information about correlations existing between symptoms and diseases. The system works in a dialogue mode. Dialogue with the doctor is conducted in a natural language. The system identifies the dialogue on the

The problem of data processing in the tasks of medical diagnostics is considered as one of the problems of data mining. As a data mining method, a logical recognition method based on a conceptual approach is proposed, as well as a quantitative feature binarization algorithm that ensures the effectiveness of the classifier rule in terms of both diagnostic and differentiating abilities.

A huge amount of heterogeneous data generated by modern medicine, require the development of new technologies for data analysis in order to discover certain patterns and hidden knowledge. Methods of data mining provide new opportunities for solving of this actual task.

In the paper features of the medical data and the main tasks associated with their analysis and processing are considered. A brief overview of data mining methods an algorithms, most often used in medicine, are given; their advantages and disadvantages are considered. Data mining applications for solving various problems of medical diagnosis and prediction, as well as the most actual directions of development of data mining technologies in medicine are given.

The task of medical data analysis as one of the data mining tasks is considered. As methods of solving it, methods of machine learning are offered - a logical method of classification based on a conceptual approach and feedforward neural networks. To train the network, a learning algorithm with error correction is used. Based on the results of the application of these methods, the intelligent system for diagnosing and predicting primary headaches are constructed. This intelligent system is used to support decision-making by a doctor.решений врачом.

The task of medical data analysis is considered in order to identify frequent symptoms and symptom sets for each disease. For data analysis, the association rule mining method is used, which allows to assess the specificity of the symptoms found and the confidence of the diagnostic rules based on the identified associations. The proposed method was used to process the clinical data of a number of endocrinological diseases. Based on the obtained association rules, a knowledge base of the medical intelligent system designed for diagnosing endocrinological diseases was formed.

An intellectual system for diagnosing diseases, using medical knowledge and capable of learning, is considered. As a knowledge model, a semantic network is used, also presented in the form of a matrix of relations. Both the network and the matrix define the relationship between symptoms and their causes. The weights are assigned to the arcs of the network and the corresponding matrix. These coefficients are formed in the learning process. To make a decision on establishing a diagnosis, the formation of a linear function and a block for choosing a maximum, as well as the theory of fuzzy sets and the Jager method are used. The use of this model is shown on the example of solving the problem of diagnosing primary headaches.
