Basic concepts of construction computer networks, network components, standards, protocols and administration issues are discussed. The problem of realization a wireless computer network of the National Academy of Sciences of Georgia (AcNet) is also presented. The manual is intended for specialists in the field of informatics, masters and doctoral students.

The algorithm of a probabilistic solution to the plane Dirichlet problem is given for the Laplace equation in the case of an infinite plane with a hole. A method of a computer simulation of diffusion process based on "white noise" is offered. It is used conformal mapping. For illustration an example is considered.

Two ways of probabilistic solution of the Dirichlet generalized boundary problem for harmonic functions are considered: a) Direct application of the probabilistic method; b) Reduction of generalized problem to the ordinary problem and solution of the latter by the probabilistic method. Investigation showed the reliability of results of both methods, which in turn indicates the superiority of direct application. The simplicity and the possibility of direct application of this method also indicate the superiority against the other well-known methods.

There is elaborated the new method for cryptographic systems design. It includes a nonlinear element, which does not obtain any sign of linearity. Thus the systems linearity degree is reduced up to 0,0003%, which is absolutely neglected within further rounds of processing. This, in turn highly increases stability of system all known cryptographic attacks. System adopted all major advantages of American standards DES and RIJNDAEL, cipehering and deciphering of sistems are identical. It does not include any kind of information about.

The algorithm on solving the Internal three-dimensional Dirichlet boundary value problem for a harmonic function by the method of probabilistic solution is given. The algorithm is based on a computer simulation of the Wiener process. To illustrate the effectiveness and simplicity of the proposed method a numerical examples considered.

On the basis of Coding theory universal methods for recognition of patterns and clustering are elaborated, providing an adoption of realization of patterns to the set of target class, i.e. recognition of patterns and division of the set of realization into clusters.

The project of the system of distributed treatment processing of informational resources accumulated in the process of organization (trend, enterprise) activity by various technical services is presented with the aim of control support. Planning of informational resource is realized on the basis of the technique of statistical investigations. Functional composition of the system is given on the basis of basic problems of processing of accounting and statistical information. Using them, the user has the possibility to make annexes on information processing without programming the additional modules. The system is designed on the basis of object-oriented technology. The system architecture is given in the form of representations describing different aspects of its composition, structure and behavior.

The concept of construction of the electronic document intended for gathering and processing of the results of statistical supervision is described. The duties of the statistical document in information processing systems are defined. The interface supported by the electronic document made out as Active X element is determined. The object-oriented model of statistical documents in tabular and biographical form is constructed. The characteristic features and application spheres of the document constructed by the given technique are specified.
