Dr. Olga Tsurtsumia Works at Georgian Technical University, Tbilisi, Georgia (namely: Republic Center for Structural Research as well as in the Sensory Electronics and Materials Science Technological Center) as a senior scientific researcher and leader of High Temperature materials group. She obtained her PhD in 2006 in Materials Science. She is a 2-fold Fulbright Fellow (2013 & 2018) with the research stays at the University of Central Florida and New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. She is a former Alexander von Humboldt Scholar (2009) with the two year-long research stay in Germany and processes more than 40 Publications, 3 Georgian Patents, she has participated at 43 International conferences and lead or managed about 30 international/national Research Projects. She is specialized in the high temperature materials science and travels for her work a lot. Her interests are: pilates, painting with acrylics, crafting, decor and so on.
