I graduated from the Faculty of Informatics and Control Systems of the Georgian Technical University: Bachelor - in 2018, I was awarded a bachelor's degree in Informatics and Control Systems; Master's Degree - In 2020, I was awarded a Master's degree in Informatics and Control Systems. Since February 1, 2018 I have been working as a Web programmer at the Georgian Technical University, since 2021 I have been working as a researcher at the Muskhelishvili Institute of Computational Mathematics of the Georgian Technical University. I have published three articles in high-ranking international journals, participated in the work of four international conferences (three were held abroad). I know English and Russian well. The 7th International Workshop in Sequential Methodologies | New York, USA | 2019 | June 18-21 | Department of Mathematical Sciences at Binghamton University, State University of New York (SUNY) | Application of CBM for Directional Hypotheses Testing in Sequential Experiments with Restriction of False Discovery Rates | oral | Constrained Bayesian method (CBM) and the concept of false discovery rates (FDR) for testing directional hypotheses is considered in the paper. There is shown that the direct application of CBM allows us to control FDR on the desired level for both one set of directional hypotheses and multiple case when we consider () sets of directional hypotheses. When guaranteeing restriction level on the desired level, the sequential method of Bayesian type must be applied, the stopping rules of which is proper and the sequential scheme of making decision strongly controls mixed directional false discovery rate. Computation results of concrete examples confirm the correctness of theoretical outcomes. | http://sites.google.com/view/iwsm2019/program |
Investigation of Constrained Bayesian Methods for Testing Directional Hypotheses in Relation to the Concepts of False Discovery Rates. | Hanoi, Vietnam | 2019 | April 2-7 | Vietnam Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics of the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training | ) Investigation of Constrained Bayesian Methods for Testing Directional Hypotheses in Relation to the Concepts of False Discovery Rates | oral | Constrained Bayesian method (CBM) and the concept of false discovery rates (FDR) for testing directional hypotheses is considered in the paper. There is shown that the direct application of CBM allows us to control FDR on the desired level. Theoretically is proved that mixed directional false discovery rates (mdFDR) are restricted on the desired levels at the suitable choice of restriction levels at different statements of CBM. These facts are demonstrated by computation of concrete examples for different statements of CBM. | http://caps2019.viasm.edu.vn/ |
International conference “Strategic Management, Decision Theory & Data Science” | Kolkata, India | 2020 | 4-6 January | Indian Association for Productivity, Quality & Reliability (IAPQR, www.iapqr.org) in collaboration with CSIR-CGCRI | Quasi-optimal rule of testing directional hypotheses | oral | The problem of testing directional hypotheses is examined considering the basic and alternative hypotheses in pairs. For optimality of the decision rule, the concept of mixed directional false discovery rate (mdFDR) is used. The developed method is applied for testing multiple hypotheses. The fact of guaranty of the quality of made decision on the desired level for the developed approach theoretically is proved and practically is demonstrated by computation of a concrete examples. There is also shown that the offered method is a private case of union-intersection and intersection-union hypotheses testing problems. | www.iapqr.org |
