The results of a study conducted to obtain a high-strength carbon-containing composite from dolomite-serpentinite clinker by adding carbon-containing materials to it are given. Graphite, technical carbon, Tkibuli coal enrichment residues and carbon fiber are used as carbonaceous materials. The research revealed the possibility of obtaining a carbon-containing composite with high physical-mechanical parameters. Technical carbon, coal waste and carbon fiber have been selected as additives for further research. Thermographic and X-ray analysis methods are used for the study.

Summary: A highly refractory carbonate composite is obtained by adding various carbonaceous materials to a dolomite-coil clinker. Skur (Tsalenjikha) dolomite and serpentinite from Tsnelisi deposit were selected to obtain clinker.

The suitability of squirrel ore dolomite for obtaining a high-strength composite has been studied. Technical carbon, carbon fiber and coal waste are selected as additives. The content of these components in the composition is determined, during which the material exhibits its best performance properties.

The study was conducted using methods of thermographic, X-ray structural analysis, thermal, and mechanical properties.

KEYWORDS: Dolomite, Serpentinite, Clinker, High fire resistance composite, Additive.

Summary: A comparative study of three deposits of Georgian dolomites (Abano, Skuri, Mukhuri) and serpentinites (Tsnelisi, Sachkhere) has been conducted to determine their suitability for obtaining high-temperature clinker.

The study was conducted by chemical, thermal and X-ray structural methods.

Mulberry ore dolomite and Sachkhere serpentinite were selected to obtain clinker. The dolomite-serpentinite ratio is calculated for the KH = 0.8 value of the saturation coefficient and the chemical and mineralogical composition of the clinker, according to which it is possible to convert the dolomite-containing calcium oxide and serpentinite to silicon while the flame retardant is highly flame retardant.

Our goal was to study the location of the Skuri deposit dolomite and serpentinite at the Sachkhere site and determine its suitability for obtaining dolomite-serpentinite clinker. The dolomite-serpentinite ratio is calculated for the KH = 0.8 value of the saturation coefficient and the chemical and mineralogical composition of the clinker, according to which it is possible to convert dolomite-containing calcium oxide and serpentinite in the form of silica to high-flame retardant pericardium.

Goal - to obtain SIALON containing composites by reactive sintering method in SiC-B4C-Si-Al-Al2O3 system. Using this method of synthesis, it became possible to obtain composites with different percentages of SIALON. Our task was also to study the phase composition in the SiC-B4C-Si-Al-Al2O3 system. Method.  the obtained mass was grounded in an attritor and the consolidated composite was obtained by hot pressing at 18000C. , 40 minutes, delaying at final temperature for 8 min. under 30 MPa pressure. To study the phase composition of the composites, we conducted an X-ray structural analysis on the DRON-3 device, and to study the microstructure, we conducted research on an optical microscope and a raster electron microscope “Nanolab 7” of the company "OPTON”. Result. In SiC-B4C-Si-Al-Al2O3 system we obtained composites with a matrix composed of: β-SIALON, silicon carbide, corundum and nano particles

Creation of innovative technology of local controlled “Cancerthermia” for treating patients. Method: Innovation is in the following: thin piece of cloth impregnated in 42-45 o C warm water and then squeezed is placed over the cancerous site. A thermo-pad of 45oC temperature, of the size: 25x18 cm (thermo-pad can be made of any size) is applied on the material till the material is dried (time is empirical). This is done for preliminary-precursor treating of patient’s skin, for opening pores, in order the heat that is emitted from thermo-pad penetrated deeper in the diseased section and acted efficiently on cancer cells for their necrosis, to prepare the organism for cancerthermia. Then the temperature on the apparatus should be reduced to 43 o C and the séance should be continued according to prescription, up to approximately 40-60 minutes; it depends on the reaction of the patient and the disease to cancerthermia. The result obtained by such technology becomes apparent after 7-8 séances, instead of 10-12. It will contribute to psychic as well as financial state of patients. Anti-cancer effect is estimated according to decrease of cancer mass, necrosis of tumor tissue, total disappearance of cancer. Besides, the cases were studied in dynamics by MRT and method of morphological study, cancer necrosis and correlation of tumor mass and necrotic sections.

The goal of the research is preparation of SiAlON-containing composite through nitro aluminothermic processes, by the methods of reactive sintering and hot compaction.Method: The composite CH-6 was obtained by the method of reactive sintering, with further grinding in attritor and hot compression in vacuum furnace at 1620°C, under 30 MPa pressure and 10-12 min standing at the final temperature. Precursor was prepared in a thermostat at 150°C temperature by double compression. Pressure equaled to 20-25 MPa.  Results: Physical-technical properties of specimens prepared via hot compaction were investigated. Mechanical strength at compression is 1940 MPa; mechanical strength at bending is 490 MPa; elastic module is 199.5 GPa, HV-11.6 GPa. X-Ray diffraction analysis, optical, electron microscopic and X-ray diffraction Microspectral analysis were used to investigate composite microstructure and phase composition, with raster electron microscope “Nanolab 7” of the company "OPTON”. The values of the electrical parameters of the study composites were calculated on the basis of the obtained "lg p- t" dependence.  Composite formulation was defined, the main phases of which were: β-SiAlON, corundum nano particles (‘ALCOA” Germany) and silicium carbide. Conclusion: Composite CH-6 has been selected from the obtained composites, which is characterized by relatively high physical-technical properties: strength, density and hardness. Materials can be used for making high refractory articles, such as jackets to secure thermocouples, furnace bedding, cutting tools for metal and wood treatment, in rocket spatial technology and others.
